How do I command a unit remotely?
- Select the unit from either the ?Devices Window? or the ?Map View? to bring up the ?Data Window?.
- In the ?Data Window?, select the ?Command? tab.
- Select only the desired command settings to send. Any command that is set to ?No Command? will perform no change to that setting.
- Click ?Send Command?. The command will be queued for the unit and will be issued on the next reporting cycle. No receipt confirmation is given by the unit. Any commands issued will be visible in the next weather observation or as images if requested.
How do I export my data?
- Select the unit from either the ?Devices Window? or the ?Map View? to bring up the ?Data Window?.
- In the ?Data Window?, select the ?Export? tab.
- Select the type of data to export:
- Text data only (weather observations)
- All files (including any images captured)
- Using the date/time tool, select the range of data you wish to export.
- Click ?Export?. A prompt to download the data as a .zip file will appear.
How do I create a new account from the Group Owner or Group Admin Account?
- Select Group Information from the Account Info menu to the left.
- Check that your group has not met the maximum number of allotted accounts.
- Scroll the bottom of the list where you will click on ?Add Account?.
- Fill in the information and then click on the ?Add Member? button.
How do I manage multiple sensors on from different accounts?
- Select Group Information from the Account Info menu to the left.
- For the User Account to be managed, click on ?Devices?.
- A new window will open with all the sensors owned by the Group.
- Select or deselect ?View? or ?View? and ?Command? for each IMEI.
- Click ?Update?. You should receive a confirmation message that the updates have been made. Close the window.
